Our coaching and leadership helps emphasize the unique potential of the individual and provides a structure and process for their development. Each client will gain insight so they can see how their own preconditioning, perceptions, beliefs and assumptions can get in the way of understanding the people they lead or work with. It promotes personal discovery and new approaches to problem-solving. To facilitate this understanding, a significant part of the coach's work is to help introduce feedback, active learning and follow-up into regular work life. It is about moving individuals into behaviors that sustain both their careers and the business. To do this, we have created a number of options to fit every budget.
CEO & Executive Coaching
This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. In other cases it can be remedial. It primarily focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership or team-building skills and is usually tied to the company's strategic initiatives, succession planning and/or retention strategy. The Executive Coach will meet with the client, and if applicable, the corporate sponsor to determine the desired outcome of the coaching relationship and put to performance metrics in place.
Includes:
- Two in-person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final review
- Interim reporting framework, if applicable
- Interviews with a minimum of six colleagues and/or direct reports
- Job shadowing for one full day
- Establishing specific and measurable goals
- Creating a Personal Development Strategy
- Three individual phone coaching sessions per month
- Minimum of two assessments
- Access to Client's Only section of website
- Phone, instant messaging & email access between sessions
- Optional: Establishment of an internal mentoring program
Cost: 10% of the individual's salary
(includes all travel related expenses)
Term: 6 months
CEO Circles (10-12 members)
CEO Circles are designed to create a peer group in non-competing industries to assist with the CEO's leadership development, act as an unofficial Advisory Board and is more cost effective than one on one CEO Coaching.
Includes:
- One full day in person group coaching session (may involve travel for the member)*
- Two group coaching sessions monthly via teleconference
- One individual coaching session monthly via phone
- Access to private Social Network created for the Circle
Cost: $250 set up/$750 mo
Term: 6 month minimum participation is preferred.

Entrepreneurial Coaching
This type of coaching can be seen as a blend of Business and Personal Coaching. You and your coach partner to help you improve and succeed in a way you've always known is possible. You will focus your attention on your passions and help transform them into achievable goals. You will create a proactive instead of reactive environment. Coaching is designed to help you create a vision for your future and support you in making the type of changes in your life today that you believe are necessary to achieve work/life balance, which is essential to the entrepreneur.
Includes:
- Two meetings, one at the onset to establish goals and one at the conclusion to evaluate progress
- Shadowing for one full day
- Establishing specific and measurable goals
- Creating a Personal Development Strategy
- Three individual phone coaching sessions per month
- Access to Client's Only section of website
- Phone, instant messaging & email access between sessions
Cost: $8,000 - includes all travel related expenses
Term: 3 months
Team Coaching
This type of coaching may be seen as remedial, however, it is better used as a proactive approach, rather than reactive, to achieve maximum benefit.
Includes:
- Two in-person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final review
- Interim reporting framework
- Six full day in person group coaching sessions
- Six individual phone coaching session per team member
Cost: $32,000 - includes all travel related expenses
Term: 6 months
