What is Organization Development?
Organization Development is an effort planned, organization-wide and managed from the top, to increase organization effectiveness and health through planned interventions in the organization's 'processes,' using behavioral-science knowledge.  The field of OD is broad and interconnects with training and human resources. 

Our consultants help companies manage change and align people, processes, and practices for success.  There are three major components to the OD approach: Systems Thinking, Values and Behavioral Sciences.
