Lynn Varagona, MBA, PhD
Dr. Lynn Varagona has spent over 15 years fostering performance and growth of individuals, groups, organizations, and developing nations.

A licensed psychologist with an Executive MBA, Lynn combines her strong background in behavioral science with an understanding of the business issues that people face.  She spent 11 years inside Fortune 100 companies and has worked with the US Federal government, non-profit, and academic institutions.

While Lynn possesses a broad range of hands-on experience with change, her passion lies in working with individuals, groups, and developing nations.  To this end, she has been a thought-leader in development economics, applying the notion of resilience to developing nations.  She has presented her research at conferences for Assist Social Capital, the International Network for Economic Research, the Western Economic Association International, and the Gestalt International Study Center.
